Welcome to Triotics Africa. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access and use of our website, mobile applications, and connected services (collectively, “Triotics” or “the Platform”). By using our products or services, you agree to follow these Terms.

1. Definitions

In this document:

“We”, “Us”, and “Our” refer to Triotics Africa.
“You” or “User” refers to any person or business using our app, website, or platform.
“Supplier” means a registered LPG distributor or company using our system to manage deliveries.
“Device” means the Triotics Gas Checker or LPG Level Monitor.
“Dashboard” means the supplier or admin web application used for operations.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By registering, installing, or using the Triotics platform, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

3. Eligibility

To use Triotics, you must be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to enter into agreements under African law.

4. Service Description

Triotics provides a smart LPG management platform that includes:

Bluetooth-enabled LPG monitoring devices.
A mobile app for viewing gas levels, ordering refills, and tracking deliveries.
A supplier dashboard for order management, delivery tracking, and reporting.

Our goal is to simplify LPG monitoring, improve delivery efficiency, and support safer, smarter energy management across Africa.

5. Use of Services

You agree to use Triotics only for lawful purposes and in accordance with African regulations.
You must not misuse the system, interfere with its security, or attempt to access restricted data.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account or placing an order.

6. Device Installation and Use

The Triotics Gas Checker must be installed under steel LPG cylinders only.
Ensure the device is placed on a flat surface and kept dry.
Triotics is not responsible for incorrect readings resulting from improper installation or incompatible cylinders.
Do not disassemble, modify, or tamper with the device.

7. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
All activities under your account will be deemed to have been performed by you.
Please notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

8. Data and Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. All personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy. By using Triotics, you consent to the collection and processing of your data for operational purposes.

9. Payments and Orders

Refill orders placed through the Triotics App are processed by registered LPG suppliers.
Triotics does not sell LPG directly but facilitates transactions between users and suppliers.
Payment methods and refund terms are determined by the individual supplier you select.

10. Supplier and Partner Obligations

Suppliers must ensure all deliveries meet safety and regulatory standards.
Suppliers are responsible for the quality, pricing, and timeliness of their LPG deliveries.
Triotics reserves the right to suspend or remove suppliers who fail to comply with safety, performance, or ethical standards.

11. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, software, designs, text, and images within the Triotics platform are owned by or licensed to Triotics Africa. You may not copy, distribute, or modify any part of our content without written permission.

12. Limitation of Liability

Triotics Africa provides the platform “as is.” We are not liable for:

Losses due to incorrect device installation or misuse.
Service interruptions caused by network issues or third-party failures.
Errors or delays in LPG delivery caused by suppliers or drivers.

We strive to maintain a reliable service but cannot guarantee continuous or error-free operation.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to our platform if we believe your account is misused, information provided is false, or our system’s integrity is at risk.

14. Changes to Terms

Triotics may revise these Terms periodically. Updated versions will be posted on our website with a new “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our services means you accept the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of Africa. Any disputes shall be resolved within African courts.
